Stores we track

We'd rather show you one price we can stand behind than five we can't. Here's exactly where our data comes from today.

How our pricing works

Every price on this site is read directly from Steam's public storefront API — the same numbers you see on the Steam store page itself. We record the list price, the current price and the discount percentage, then re-check them on a rolling schedule through the day.

We do not estimate, model, or extrapolate prices, and we do not accept payment for placement. If a price on a game page looks stale, the timestamp under the offer table tells you exactly when we last checked it.

What we are not

  • We are not a shop. CDKeyCheap never sells keys, never takes payment and never handles your personal or card details. Every purchase happens on the storefront you click through to.
  • We are not a grey-market marketplace. We link to official store pages, not to resellers of unknown provenance.
  • We are not affiliated with Valve. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. We use their public API under its normal public terms.

Storefronts we're working on

A price comparison is only meaningful with more than one price in it. These are the storefronts we're in the process of adding. Each one requires an approved affiliate or data-feed integration before it can appear here — we won't list a store until its prices are as verifiable as Steam's are today.

Run one of these storefronts, or another PC games retailer? Get in touch — we're happy to talk about a feed integration.
