These terms govern your use of cdkeycheap.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What this service is

CDKeyCheap is an informational price-tracking website for PC games. We read publicly available pricing and product data from storefront APIs and present it in a searchable form.

We are not a retailer. We do not sell games, we do not sell keys, we do not process payments, and we are not a party to any transaction you enter into with a storefront. When you follow a link from this site to a store, you leave our service and deal with that store directly, under its terms and its consumer-protection obligations.

2. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to display prices accurately, and every game page states when its price was last verified. Even so, prices, discounts, availability and regional restrictions change constantly and can change between our last check and your visit.

All information on this site is therefore provided for guidance only and is not an offer. The price shown by the storefront at the moment you check out is the only price that binds anyone. Always confirm on the store page before buying.

Product information — descriptions, images, genres, release dates, system requirements and review sentiment — originates from the storefront and its publishers. We reproduce it as supplied and do not independently verify it.

3. No advice, no endorsement

Nothing on this site is purchasing advice or a recommendation to buy any particular title, and the presence of a game in our catalogue is not an endorsement of it or of the store selling it. Ratings shown are derived from aggregate public review data, described on our about page; they are a summary of other people's opinions, not ours.

4. Acceptable use

You may browse the site, search it, and link to it freely. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the catalogue in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or that circumvents our rate limiting.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its API, its server, or any connected system.
• Use the site to distribute malware, or to interfere with its operation for other users.
• Republish substantial portions of the catalogue as your own product or dataset.

We operate automated rate limiting and may block traffic that breaches these terms.

5. Availability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including the catalogue and the API, at any time and without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The CDKeyCheap name, layout, design and original text are ours. Game titles, cover art, screenshots, descriptions and trademarks are the property of their respective publishers, developers and rights holders, and are shown here for the purpose of identifying the products being priced.

Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. CDKeyCheap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Valve Corporation in any way.

7. Third-party links

This site contains links to third-party storefronts. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content, prices, terms, delivery or conduct, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement. Some outbound links may in future earn us commission — see our affiliate disclosure for the current position.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, information published on this site — including any difference between a price we displayed and a price you were subsequently charged, and any dispute between you and a storefront.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights, which sit with the store that sells to you.
