Contact us
We are a small operation, so email is the fastest way to reach a human. We read everything and aim to reply within a few working days.
What to include
A price looks wrong
Please send the link to the game page on our site, the price we are showing, and the price you see on the store. The timestamp under our offer table tells you when we last checked — if it is more than a day old, the price has probably simply moved since. Either way we would rather know.
Something is missing from the catalogue
We add new Steam releases automatically and work backwards through the wider catalogue continuously, so a missing title usually just has not been reached yet. Send us the Steam store link and we will pull it in.
Takedown and rights requests
If you hold rights in material shown on this site — cover art, screenshots, descriptions, trademarks — and want it removed, tell us which specific pages are affected and what your relationship to the rights is. We act on legitimate requests promptly and without argument.
Data protection requests
To exercise a right of access, correction or erasure, please include the approximate date and time you visited so we can find the relevant server-log entries. See our privacy policy for what we actually hold, which is very little.
Storefronts and data feeds
If you run a PC games storefront and want your prices represented here, we would like to talk. Tell us what feed or affiliate programme you can offer — we need programmatic access to prices, not a spreadsheet. See stores we track for how we handle pricing data today.
What we cannot help with
- Orders, refunds, and undelivered keys. We are not a shop and have no visibility into any purchase. Contact the store you bought from — they hold the transaction and they owe you the consumer rights.
- Steam account problems. Those go to Valve support; we have no connection to Valve.
- Link exchanges, guest posts and paid placements. We do not do these, and we do not sell listings or rankings. See our affiliate disclosure.
